【Features】

This powerful synthetic grinding fluid is used to adapt to high speed, strong grinding conditions, 5% of its diluents liquid sintering load (PD) value≥ 1568N(160 KGF). During the high speed grinding and deep slow in large amount of grinding (with grinding car) process, which grinding wheel linear velocity is higher than 100 m/SEC, it shows the performance of lubrication, cooling, cleaning and reliable rust corrosion, low foam, non-toxic, odorless. This product does not contain sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine type additives, no stimulation to skin and eco-friendly. Laboratory tests show that the product data such as tapping torque is equal to or better than some of the same type imported goods; Field use statistics show that the cutting liquid ratio, and the general use of this product grinding than can increase 2.5 to 3.5 times. It can significantly reduce the grinding wheel wear and tear, improve the efficiency and machining precision, able to obtain the same effect of the same technology import cutting (grinding) liquid.

【Purpose 】

Applicable to Lubricate and cool the introduction machine or assembly line for grinding machine tool purposes. Particularly suitable for deep slow into condition of the high speed grinding machine (grinding generation car).

【Usage】

Using water to dilute concentrated liquor of the product to the specified concentration, use after stirring. The recommended concentration of various process conditions and product is shown as below.
