【Features】

2．Adopt a highly refined vegetable oil and synthetic ester as base oil, and a new type of phosphonic acid ester additives which is thermal stability and with resistance to hydrolysis, so that it has excellent rolling lubrication performance, can reduce the rolling load effectively. Also it can keep a stable heat cut under high temperature and high pressure after a Long-term use. And the Fuel consumption per ton of steel in rolling unit can be as low as 0.22 kg.
3．It optimizes the mixing properties of the cationic emulsifier, keeping the emulsion particle diameter distributing centralized to ensure proper adhesive quality of plate surface, but also reduces the formation of oil sludge, which reduces fuel consumption and improve the cleanliness and rolling mill and steel surface job stability.
4．Adding anti machine vibration additive, preventing the occurrence of it, to improve the rolling speed.
5．This series product has excellent antirust and anti oil coke function, and other superior performance such as annealing cleaning, degreasing, corrosion resistant, water treatment, steel plate surface quality is stable, and harmless to the environment.

【Use & Care】
Our product should not be mixed with other cold rolling oil directly, before mixing, you must wash the emulsion box and corresponding line with warm water, and then use our product which is with low concentration of diluent to make the 2nd cleaning to the emulsion pipe, after that, they can be mixed, so we can ensure the realization of the indicator of the product.
The Mill emulsion supply system should be able to make the emulsion be fully mixed.
